THRIVE Act - Transform, Heal, Renew, and Invest in a Vibrant Economy
The THRIVE Act’s aims to put 15 million people to work in good, union, family sustaining jobs, cut climate pollution in half by 2030, and advance racial, Indigenous, gender, environmental, and economic justice—spending at least $1 trillion per year for a decade. This is a huge step toward realizing the vision of the Green New Deal.

Introduced in Congress last fall, the THRIVE Act is sponsored by Rep. Debbie Dingell (D-Mich), Ro Khanna (D-CA) and others in the House and by Sens. Ed Markey (D-Mass) and Jeff Merkeley (D-OR) in the Senate.
